Michael is the JTK Group founder, who is committed to developing the leaders needed for the future. He believes in consistently improving the environment he is part of while growing, evolving, & developing the objectives and strategies specific to your team.
Michael is a sports enthusiast who played basketball in college and continues to play regularly. This love of sports also translates into coaching Little League sports teams. If you try hard enough, you might find the album recorded by the touring band Michael played the drums for back in the day. He and his wife, Kayla, are raising three beautiful children together.
Averey Brace
Operations Manager
Meet Averey, the Operations Manager at the JTK Group. Her role involves organizing and overseeing the company's daily growth, development, and sustainability. Averey has extensive experience in managing internal business functions and meeting external clients' needs while acting as a bridge between businesses and their clients.
She graduated from Oklahoma State University, earning a bachelor's degree in strategic communications. Outside work, Averey is a season ticket holder at the local Performing Arts Center and a PADI scuba diver from Claremore, OK.
