Michael Carnuccio

Founder

Michael is the JTK Group founder, who is committed to developing the leaders needed for the future. He believes in consistently improving the environment he is part of while growing, evolving, & developing the objectives and strategies specific to your team.

Michael has worked with thousands of leaders from large corporations to small business owners to entrepreneurs launching their dream endeavors.

Michael serves as the CEO of SALLT, Corporate Secretary of The Oklahoma Partnership Project, President and CEO of E Foundation, a partner in Knightbridge Partners and HopeCulture.US (a public benefit merchandise company), and co-founder of FullStack Consulting (a public benefit back-office company).

Previous experience includes time as a host of "The Middle Ground" (a weekly television news talk show on FOX), senior advisor for Oklahomans for Responsible Government, director of public affairs for the Oklahoma House of Representatives and Saxum PR, as well as an adjunct faculty for the Department of Political Science at Oklahoma State University. He also holds a bachelor's degree in broadcast journalism and a master's in political science, focusing on international relations from Oklahoma State University.

Michael is a sports enthusiast who played basketball in college and continues to play regularly. This love of sports also translates into coaching Little League sports teams. If you try hard enough, you might find the album recorded by the touring band Michael played the drums for back in the day. He and his wife, Kayla, are raising three beautiful children together.
